It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard G. Cooper of Mansfield, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Louise M. Cooper (Cipriani); his parents, James Cooper and Elizabeth Cooper (Curran); and his brother John "Sid" Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Richard L. Cooper (Jean) of Mansfield and Marie M. Cooper (Paul Demusz) of Stoughton; his grandchildren, Christina Sabatino (Anthony), Elizabeth Cooper (William Gargano) and John Cooper (Brianna Curro); his great grandchild Cooper Sabatino of Mansfield; and his siblings, Donald Cooper of North Attleboro, Helen Holt, James Cooper, Jean Mushnick and David Cooper. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours are omitted and those wishing may remember Leonard with a donation in his memory made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court Street #2601, Boston, MA 02108 or to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
