He was predeceased by: his parent Carl H. Gullens. He is survived by: his parent Patricia B. Gullens (Skrabut) of North Ridgeville; and his children, Henry L. Gullens and Tabithia J. Gullens. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Kenneth's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02188.
