With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Lonergan of Mansfield, Massachusetts, born in Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John F. Lonergan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Lonergan and Irene Y. Lonergan (Giguere); and his brother Timothy Lonergan. He is survived by: his wife Dianne M. Lonergan (Kirker); his daughters, Stacy M. Castelli (Eric Ayre) of North Attleboro and Stephanie M. Rosselli (Eric) of Freetown; and his grandchildren, Renee, Jason, Curtis, Nicholas, Julia and Alyssa.
Due to the limitation of flowers allowed at the National Cemetery, John's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108.
