He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carmen Sr., Mary Ann Valentino, Ed and Betty Underwood. He is survived by: his father Edward J. Underwood of Massachusetts; and his aunts and uncles, Carmen Jr. (Rosa Valentino), Cheryl Valentino, Tom (Wendy Naratil) and Cindy Underwood (Jim Underwood).
