He was predeceased by: his parent Walter S. Pember. He is survived by: his child John C. Pember, Jr.; his wife Maria of Reading; his grandchildren, Ethan and Jack; his parent Barbara A. Pember-Peatfield (McNamara) of Walpole; and his siblings, Walter S. Pember, Jr. of Hudson and Cheryl Ann Pember of Foxborough. He is also survived by niece and a nephew.
