He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis and Mildred (Piepszak); his spouse Martha Slattery (Pignato); his children, Joanna Jarvis (Todd) of Foxboro, Deborah Cunniff (late Christopher Cunniff) of Foxboro, James P. Slattery (Tricia) of Foxboro, Diana Griffin (Matthew) of Foxboro and Francis Slattery (Leah) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Lindsey Cunniff, Christopher Cunniff, Adam Jarvis, Andrea Slattery, Jillian Slattery, Henry Griffin and Dexter Griffin; and his siblings, Patricia Reynolds (Slattery) of Norfolk and William Slattery (Beverly) of Norfolk. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jay's family has requested donations in his memory to be made to the Friends of Foxboro Recreation, 40 South Street, Foxboro, MA 02035.
