He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Mayall and Marjorie F. Mayall (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Mayall (McCarthy); his children, Tracey J. Mayall Ledoux (Ray) of Tewksbury and James C. Mayall (Marin) of Belmont; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Tyler Mayall, Jack and Aubrey Ledoux. He is also survived by his in-laws, nieces and close friends.
