She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Shurin and Mary Shurin (Watrol); her husband John J. Mikush (Jack); and her siblings, Helen, Alice, Marge, Veronica and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mikush (Diane) of Bridgewater, MA, Lisa Piana (Robert) of Franklin, MA and Karen Luft of Ashburn, VA; and her grandchildren, Elisabeth Mikush Rubio (Antonio), Julie Mikush, Melissa Piana, Cameron Piana, Jack Luft (Noelle Smith), Haley Luft and Jamie Luft.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home (33 Cottage St., Pawtucket, RI 02860). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
