She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Fowler; her parents, Harold Washburn and Evelyn Washburn (Mugford); and her siblings, Arlene Washburn and Richard Washburn.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Margie Anthony of Sarasota. She is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews.

“Miss Dottie was a loving person; although access to her was limited in the final years of her life. We can recall how we shared so many good times with Ms, Dottie she was full of life, spending the weekend with us on the Cape and going to Bangor, Maine, with my family and eating lobster on the way back( she enjoyed that fresh lobster) We loved her so much and no one can tell the story like we do. It is so sad she is no longer with us; we will miss her forever. MDS”
