Downs (Noonan); his children, Leann Taylor (John) of Mansfield, Jeffrey A. Downs (Lisa) of Foxborough, Ronald E. Downs of Medford and Clifton E. Downs, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Emily, Jillian, Molly, Zachary, Connor, Paxton, Jason and Jeremy. He is also survived by his 11 siblings.
