She was predeceased by: her husband A. Frederick Lane; her parents, Bernard P. Lucier and Alice M. Lucier (Carson); and her son Eric Jancaterino. She is survived by: her daughter Kari A. Barresi (Salvatore) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Ericka Barresi, Michael Barresi, Ashley Jancaterino and Domenic Jancaterino; and her siblings, Claire Lynch of Hanover, Peter Lucier (Sandra) of Plymouth, Richard Lucier (Joanne) of Brockton and Brenda Coyne of Assonet.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's memory may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA 02215.
