She was predeceased by: her mother Yvonne Allard. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Conlon; her children, Michael Conlon of Mansfield and Kelly Conlon-Young (Stephen Young) of Halifax; and her grandsons, Timothy Collins of Halifax, Matthew Conlon (Ashleigh) of Mansfield and Daniel Collins of Halifax.
In lieu of flowers, Anne's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to Brigham & Women's Hospital, 75 Francis Street, Boston, MA 02115.
