She is survived by: her children, Janyce Castonguay (Maurice), Moe, Canton, Eugene "Buddy" DiMascio (Marisa) of Scituate, Stephen DiMascio (Leslie) of Manomet and Margaret "Meg" DiMascio (Allison) of Quincy; her husband James; her great grandchildren, Teddy Byrne, Charlotte Byrne, Jack Castonguay, Jude Williams, Luca Williams, Colin Carroll, Hayley Carroll, Myles DeLisle, Rose DeLisle, Mitchell Eddy, Miabela Eddy and Benjamin Eddy; her siblings, Catherine Martin, Marie Downey, Irene O'Brien, Doris Noonan and Phyllis Marselis; and also, Michael Castonguay (Katelyn), Adam Castonguay (Lauren), Brett Williams (Cara), Danielle Carroll (John), Meredith DeLisle (Chris), Michael Eddy (Liz) and Stephen Eddy (Silvana).

The family is requesting that donations in Peggy's name be made to the, Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH) P.O. Box 54, Canton, MA.
