He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford and Myrna (Hadaway); and his sibling Dale Blethen. He is survived by: his close friend Maryjane Tsiakalis; his children, Daniel Blethen (Julie) of Kingston and Julie Blethen (Matthew) of Middleboro; his granddaughter Adley; his aunt Donna Bunce; and also Carolyn Barber.
