He was predeceased by: his parents, John J., Sr. and Geraldine Walsh (Hawkes). He is survived by: his wife Claire; his children, Jennifer Darling (Paul) of Manomet, John J. Walsh, III (Jennifer) of Cedarville and Peter Walsh (Lauren) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Madeleine (Nick) of Manomet, Claire, Jane, Peter Jr., Audrey, Andrew and John J. Walsh, IV; his siblings, Annette McGourty (Joe) of Manomet, William Walsh, Gale Barton of Plymouth, Michael Walsh of Leander, TX and Larry Walsh (Maria) of Rochester, NH.; and his godchildren, Amy Chapman, Ryan Walsh and Casey Sheehan.
