He is survived by: his wife Judith Epstein; his daughter Kimberly Crockett; his granddaughter Linnea Comolli; his stepdaughter Naomi Amaya; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Amaya, Gabriel Amaya, Chloe Amaya and Alana Pres.
