Dodge (Edward) of Southbridge; his sister Stella Plante; his former wife Beverly E. "Minnie" Kurtyka (Jones); his siblings, Frank, Stanley, John Kurtyka Jr., Josephine Fleszar, Helen Marshall and Jennie White; his parents, John L. Sr. and Mary Kurtyka (Kostrezwa); and also Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many great friends.
