He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yvette M. Picard (Lapointe); his child Philip Picard (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Rochelle, Katrina, Marie Craig (Roger), Matt Giorgio, Abigail, Sophie, David, Michele Picard, Celeste Fronczak (Michael), Brandon, Brianna, Katherine and Kristina.
