He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie O. Hart and Esther McQueen Turner. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosa Gainey of Malden, MA, Frank (Alice Hart), Robert (Shirley Hart) and Fayetteville; his daughter Jovana Jensen of Malden, MA.; his granddaughter Kasya Jensen of Malden, MA; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Gainey of Malden, MA, Precious Hart, Christopher Gainey of Malden, MA and Michael Gainey; and his great-nephew Christopher Gainey, Jr..
