He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Horton and Anna F. Williams Horton (Duggan); and his sister Margaret Williams. He is survived by: his wife Roberta (Frost); his children, Wesley J. Williams (Laura) of Peabody, Robert A. Williams of Peabody, Richard F. Williams (Kristine) and Wendy M. Williams of Saugus; his grandchildren, Olivia Williams of Peabody, Jack Williams, Matthew Williams, Michael Wiliams of Peabody and Nicholas Williams; his sisters, Ann Marie Morrison of Stoneham and Denise Illyes of Saugus; and his sister-in-law Judith Greco. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
