He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kenney and Maryann Kenney (Price); his grandparents, Ernest and Catherine Price; his brother John E. Kenney; and his brothers-in-law, David Toner and George Hickey.

He is survived by: his former wife Janet (Santomango); his wife Andover; his children, Thomas Kenney (Cheryl) of Haverhill and Linda Kenney (David Dunford) of Haverhill; his sisters, Patricia Hickey of Wakefield, Margaret Toner of Everett and Michelle Worth of Malden; his grandchildren, Julianne Kenney, Jonathan Kenney and Joseph Daigneault; his great grandchild Lillian Jorge; and his sister-in-law Barbara Kenney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
