He was predeceased by: his wife Anna T. Hines (Fitzgerald); his parents, John Hines and Mary Hines (Gavin); and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Thomas F. Hines Jr. (Susan) of North Attleboro, Maureen Hines Simopoulos of Malden and Kevin Hines of Hudson, NH; his siblings, Margaret O'Connor, Francis Hines, Daniel Hines (Lynda), Nancy Manning (William), Mary, John, James and Joseph Hines; and his grandchildren, James M., Brian P. Donahue, Shaun T., Erin E. Hines, Kristina M. and Julie A. Simopoulos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
