He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Doherty (Norton) and Stephen Joseph Doherty; and his grandfather Bill Norton. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Doherty (Howell); his daughters, Kathleen Doherty Casey (Thomas Casey), Christine Doherty Fronduto (Nicholas Fronduto), Linda Doherty Conway (Richard Douglass) and Kelli Flanagan; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Patrick, Matthew Fronduto, Sydney Conway and Bridget Casey; his great grandchild Amelia; his sister Mary Doherty Hudson (Glen); his sister-in-law Barbara Crooker (Howell); and his nieces and nephews, Carolyn, Cheryl, John, Paul and Stephen.
