He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Sullivan and Elizabeth Sullivan; and his siblings, Martin Sullivan and Patricia Costarelli. He is survived by: his wife Danielle L. Sullivan of Malden; his children, Sean M. Jr. of Malden, Ryan of Malden and Tori of Malden; his sisters, Stacy Sullivan of Medford, Jo-Ann Sullivan of Medford and Marylou Lannon of Seabrook, NH; and his mother-in-law Adrienne "Penny" Cole of Malden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
