He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Goode (Perullo); his parent Thomas M.; his child Richard Goode; and his grandchild Dante Mazzola. He is survived by: his parent Helen J. Goode (Becker); his children, Diane Mazzola (Cesidio), Sid, Newton, Lynn Goode, Mark Thompson of Revere and Lori Zagarella (David) of Malden; his grandchildren, Marco Mazzola of Burlington, Ariana Zagarella of Somerville and Nickolas Zagarella of Danvers; and his sister Beverly Mahoney of Plymouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
