He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Davilmar Joseph and Ermite Lumarque; his wife Kimberly Stieglitz-Joseph; his children, Regine Joseph Boursiquot, Patrick Joseph, Dominique Joseph and Stephanie Joseph; his siblings, Estervia Joseph (family: Marlene, Rubbens Jules, Irma, William Descilien) and Serge L. Sabbat; and his niece Linda Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for a music education scholarship fund to be used for Haitian Americans in Massachusetts.
