She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Kline (Herby); her parents, Max David and Pauline David (Cohen); her sister Harriett David; her sister-in-law Lucia Mayerson-David; and her son-in-law John Symington.
She is survived by: her children, Arleen Kline (Jack Stierer), Susan Kline-Symington, Richard Kline and Joyce Kline; her grandson Gregg Kline (Pui Chi Wong); her children, Dr. Scott Kline, Ashley Symington, Marc Symington (Liz) and Andrew Stierer; her great grandchildren, Harrison and Greyson Kline; her brother Lloyd David; and her nieces, Paulita David (Michael Jolly) and Sari David (Josh Katz).
