She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Roy J. Bettano; her children, Joseph Bettano of Lynnfield, Doreen Iovanna (Bob) of Malden, Roy Bettano of Malden, Kenneth Bettano (Michelle) of Melrose and Christine Iannillo of Winthrop; her siblings, Eleanor T. Hitchings of Revere and Theresa M. Meads; and her grandchildren, Jason (Stefanie), Robert (Denisse), Kerri, Alaina, Skylar, Danielle, Carly and Darryl (Holly). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
