He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Jenkins (McCarthy); his parents, John W. Jenkins Sr. and Patricia Jenkins (Doucette); his brothers, Kenneth, Thomas and Matthew Jenkins; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Jenkins and Ellie Jenkins.
He is survived by: his close friend Julie Dickinson of Burlington; his children, Liz Jenkins and Phil Jr. of Boston; and his siblings, Maureen Klopotoski (Rob) of Gloucester, Davya Jenkins (Ed Krikorian) of Gloucester, Allyson Murray (Steve) of Gloucester, Jack Jenkins (Debra) of Gloucester, Mark Jenkins of Gloucester, Paul Jenkins of Bat Cave, NC, Rusty Jenkins (Hamilton) of So and Peter Jenkins of Gloucester. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
