He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Hyatt and Mary C. Hyatt (Kelliher); his wife Helen Hyatt (Santomango); his children, Tina O'Rourke (Brian) of Newton, NH and Phil D. Hyatt (Amanda Joe Dembroski); his brothers, Edward Hyatt (Donna) and Walter Hyatt (Elizabeth) of Walpole; his grandchildren, Adam, Kevin O'Rourke, Brayden Clark Dembroski and Abigail Joe Dembroski; and his nephews, Kevin and Daniel Hyatt.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Philip's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
