He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Strout and Eileen Strout (Gosnell); his daughter Eileen E. Strout; and his siblings, Barbara Cotter (John), Judy Durette (Henry), Edward Strout and Eileen Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Strout (McCaffrey); his sons, Paul E. Strout (Sachiko) of Japan and Brian J. Strout of Malden; and his sister Kathleen Brassil of Nashua. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
