He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander W. Day and Marian Day (Nowicki); and his brother Alexander W. Day, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Michael A. Day, Jr. (Elizabeth), Robert E. Day of Malden and Joseph W. Day (Shannon) of Rockland; his sister Joanna M. Calef; his sister-in-law Maryellen Day of Tewksbury; and his grandchildren, Crystal A. Day of Malden, Olivia Day of Rockland, Alexandria Day of East Boston, Michael B. Day and Chelsea Day of Rockland.
