She is survived by: her children, Gaetano Forte, Giovanni Carlo Forte (Susana) of Somerville, Maria Stella McCallum of Malden and Claudio Leonardo Forte of Malden; her daughter-in-law Antoinette Forte; and her sister Carmela Ursino of Argentina. She is also survived by grandchildren and 24 loving great grandchildren.
