O'Neil; his parents, Michael Enwright and Helen Enwright; his children, Ann Marie, Richard Tilley of Malden, Kathleen, Robert O'Keefe of Oakham, Barbara Bennett, Susan Packard of Arlington, Colleen, Anthony Chiccuarelli of Malden, Kevin, Janine Bennett of North Reading, Christopher and Erin Bennett of Wakefield; his brother Robert White of Waltham; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Brendan, Michael Jr., Julianna, Charlotte 'Mac', Evan, Ayla, Killian, Ronan, Reaghan, Finnegan and Mairead; and his sister-in-law Patricia Enwright.
