She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Waszazak of Malden; her children, Edward, Jillian Kane of Derry and Kim A. Waszazak Petrino (Richard Petrino) of Shapleigh Me; her grandchildren, Edward Waszazak III (Teddy) and Of Barre; and her brother David McDowell of Saugus Ma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
