He was predeceased by: his brother John Sheehan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Sheehan (Nealley); his children, Joseph H. Sheehan Jr. of Malden, Kathleen M. Donahue (David) of Arlington and Ann M. Sheehan of Malden; his grandchildren, Joseph M. (Jesse), Rachel, Samantha and Kasey; his great grandchildren, Emily and Haley Jo; and his nephew John Sheehan.
