He is survived by: his wife Jeong Yang Choi; his daughters, Soo Kim Wang of Winchester, Jeongeun Kim of Wellsley and Jennifer Choi of Wayland; his grandchildren, Joshua Wang, Ellie Wang, Cyurie Kim, Cyumin Kim, Jacob Choi, Jeremy Choi and Julian Joseph Choi; and his siblings, Donghee Kim, Hyosook Kim, Hyomin Kim, Jin Kim, Sil Kim, Sujung Kim and Guang Kim.
