With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Kew Fat Soohoo of Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henry Kew Fat Soohoo to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Mannee Soohoo (Tummuangdon); his children, Marianne Soohoo (Tobias Backer) of London and Robert Soohoo (Nancy Kwan) of Malden; his grandchildren, Justin Kwan, Marcus Backer, Sophia Backer, Caroline Backer and Madeleine Soohoo; and his siblings, Nu Shang Wong of San Francisco, CA and Susanna Chow of Quincy. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, all services will be private.
In his commitment to charity, Henry insisted on rising before dawn every Thanksgiving to cook one turkey for his family and one turkey for the homeless at Pine Street Inn.
