She is survived by: her parent Pauline Sherman (Berger); her children, Barbara Shapiro and Joy (Rodney Bovernick); her grandchildren, Leanne Govaert and Wendy (Steve Lanza); her great grandchildren, Serena Govaert, Cory, Cam and Tess Lanza; and her siblings, Ruth Jacobson, Lee Sherman, Elizabeth Weene and Martin Sherman.
