He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Masciarelli and Rosina Masciarelli (Micozzi). He is survived by: his wife Mafalda Masciarelli (Morales); his brother Rocco Masciarelli (Lina) of Medford; and his nieces and nephews, Rosanna Masciarelli of Medford, Pina Masciarelli-Patel of Wakefield, Marina Tramontozzi of North Reading, Lisa De Vito of Newton, John Masciarelli of Reading and Daiena Nardi of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by 18 great-nieces and nephews.
