He is survived by: his parents, Manuel R. and Ida J. Silva; and his children, Frank G. Silva of Atkinson, NH, Stephen R. Silva of Danvers, Joseph L. Silva of Chelmsford, David J. Silva of Tewksbury and Lisa M. Evans. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 9 Great-grandchildren.
