He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. McInnis and Anna F. McInnis (O'Donnell); his wife Muriel C. McInnis (Kelley); his siblings, Joseph McInnis, Ann Hayes (McInnis) and John P. McInnis Jr.; and his brother-in-law Walter Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Miller of New Bedford, Grace DeAngelis (David) of Malden, Francis X. McInnis Jr. (Diane) of Tewksbury and Jennifer Rothstein (Alan) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Thomas, Deborah, Daniel, Francis X. III, Michael, Kelly, Gregory and Genevieve; his great grandchildren, Francis, April, Layla, Jimmy, Emily and Ellye; his sister Mary Teresa Collins of Wilmington; his niece Kathleen Griffin (Mike) of Wilmington; his nephew James Collins of Billerica; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Kelley, James Kelley and Kevin Kelley.
