She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Cipriano and Josephine Cipriano; her husband Alfred P. Magnani; and her siblings, George Cipriano, Anthony Cipriano and Teresa Casey.

She is survived by: her children, George Magnani of Tewksbury and Doreen Johnson of Malden; and her sisters, Carmella "Millie" LaConte of Woburn and Angelina Wallace. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ellie's memory may be made to the MSPCA, 350 S Huntington Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
