He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Magner. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Magner (Norton); his children, Ann Magner (Mark Grohman) of South Portland, Ted Magner (Betsy Leritz) of Melrose, Maureen Snape (Robert) of Hingham and Stephen Magner of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Hailey, Rachael, Erik, Paige, Andrew, Lily, Aaron, Gideon and Julia; and his siblings, John Magner Jr. of Gloucester, Terence Magner of Salem, NH, Laurence Magner of Norfolk and Jean Linehan of Stoneham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
