She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Maccario and Josephine Maccario (Ventura). She is survived by: her husband Richard Fazio of Children's Hospital; her brother John J. Maccario Sr.; her children, Michael Fazio (Benn) and Christine O'Connor (T. J.); her grandchildren, Thomas and Taylor; her son David Fazio (Lauren); her grandchildren, Joseph and Giuliana; her nephew John J. Maccario Jr.; and her nieces, Lori Croach (Maccario) and Leanne Harriss (Maccario).
