He was predeceased by: his wife Mary (Savage); his parents, Daniel R., Sr. and Cecelia Duggan (Humphries); and his siblings, Edward, Clayton, Thomas, Vincent, Francis, Gerard, Catherine, Mary and Eugene.
He is survived by: his nephew Vinnie. He is also survived by his caregiver.
