He was predeceased by: his parent Charles O'Brien; and his sister Mary Zaffino. He is survived by: his parent Catherine O'Brien (Bunting); his wife Beatrice Rose (Green); his children, Eileen O'Brien of Malden, MA, Patricia O'Brien of Rye, NH and Raymond O'Brien (Debra) of North Andover, MA.; his grandchildren, Katie O'Brien, Jack O'Brien and Elizabeth Harpin; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Lincourt, David Zaffino, Kathy Zaffino and Nancy Austermann.

Memorial donations may be made to the Highpointe Hospice House in care of the funeral home.
