She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Colantonio and Theresa Colantonio (Nuzzo); her husband Rocco Caiazzo; and her brother Joseph Colantonio Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephen D. Caiazzo (Susan) of Cape Coral, FL, David T. Caiazzo of Malden and Joan Shea (Jack) of Methuen; and her siblings, Carmella Vigliotte of Melrose, Domenic Colantonio, Thelma Chirichiello and Carol Trifone. She is also survived by grandmother three grandchildren & one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked to make a donation to a charity of one's choice.
