It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Gail Leydon of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Murphy and Mary Frances Murphy (Parker). She is survived by: her husband Joseph (Joe); her sons, Michael (Emily) and Jonathan (Alexandra); her granddaughter Sophie Mae; her siblings, Marita (Michael), Robert (Susan) and John (Joni); her sister-in-law Mary Connor; and her grandson Cooper.

One of Maureen's greatest joys was the time she and Joe spent babysitting their grandson Cooper full time for over a year during COVID.
