Slattery Jr.; her daughter Stephanie Johnson (Bob); her granddaughter Kelsey of Reading; her daughter Christine Baker (Jon); her grandchildren, Coty of Byfield and Kassi; her great grandchild Saylor; her children, Kristen Davis (Eric) of Beverly and Justin Slattery (Kelley) of Danvers; her grandchildren, Keagan and Piper of Beverly; her great grandchild Ellie Moon of Beverly; her grandchildren, Taylor and Zachary of Danvers; and her siblings, Jacqualyn Jane, William of Rochester, NH, Mary of Florida, Debra, Neil, Scott of Lynn, Barry of Nevada and Jimmy of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear cousins.
